We're so thrilled to finally welcome all of you to our retail store experience!

Our initial hours will be:
Tuesday-Friday: 11 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 11 AM - 4 PM
Sunday/Monday: Closed for retail shopping

We want everyone to have a great time and take lots of pictures! Please tag #remixxdbysteelcitygalleries or add our location!

We promote a family atmosphere and all are welcome! We do have a few guidelines when visiting once you enter our facility:
​
-For everyone's safety, security cameras are filming from the moment you walk in the door.
​
-You are entering at your own risk and are assuming all liability for any injury or illness that may occur during your visit. If there is an item you are interested in that is above your physical reach, please ask a Remixxd Team Member for assistance.
​
-If you or your party breaks an item, you are responsible for the cost of that item (i.e., "You break it, you buy it").
​
-Shoppers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a shopper age 16 or older.
​
-We do not hold items or offer layaway.
​
-We do not allow weapons of any kind, drugs, alcohol, smoking, vaping, or obscene language.
​
-We have the right to refuse admission or service for any reason.

RETURN POLICY:
Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles industry where prices change daily, as well as the fact that our products are able to be examined on site before purchase, we have a limited return policy.

New-in-package items carry a 14-day return policy. As long as items are in their original packaging and there is a receipt present, they are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
​
The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
-Any item purchased with a complimentary gift card such as Project 1000 Faces
-Any item sold as brand new that has been opened
-Sports Cards
-Comic Books
-Vintage Items (to be defined as 2010 or older)
-Autographed Memorabilia
-Fossils/Relics
